what is this cup all about?

its very simple so the RTV low series is the teams in the past who has been relegated and they will all be competing the low series will compete in a league and 8 of the 12 teams will surpass through to a knock out stage

what is the RTV HIGH SERIES

the high series is basically all the teams that have finished 1 & 2 since season 1 and will compete in a knockout stage only these fixtures will only take place when the low series have finished all their league games
